Cardio based barre with resistance training utilizing the barre to perform isometric/isotonic movements and create a fat-burning and muscle-shaping workout to tone the hips and thighs. A blend of free weight exercises to sculpt the arms and body weight exercises to strengthen the core. Stretching exercises to elongate muscles and release lactic acid buildup.
