Tabata Barre at Chelsea Piers

Resistance training utilizing your own body weight to perform isometric/isotonic movements and create a fat-burning and muscle-shaping workout to tone the hips and thighs. A blend of free weight exercises to sculpt the arms and body weight exercises to strengthen the core. Stretching exercises to elongate muscles and release lactic acid buildup.

This will be the final class. This class will return in the fall.
