Jessica is a Manhattan girl with mid-west charm. Her approach to fitness is pushing past your personal comfort zone.
Jessica Bailey has been an active member of the fitness community in NYC for 17 years. As a certified fitness instructor, she has taught at Physique 57, Exhale Spa, Pure Yoga, Reebok Sports Club, Sports Club/LA, Chelsea Piers, YG studios, TMPL gym and Mercedes Club. Jessica has helped hundreds of clients lose weight, tone up and train for various athletic events. She is certified in The AXLE workout, TRX, group fitness, senior fitness, pilates and yoga; and she is trained in Barre, bootcamp, Les Mills THE TRIP and pre/post natal fitness.
She is currently an IDEA Specialist in Performance Nutrition, IDEA Specialist in Sports Conditioning, IDEA Senior Fitness specialist, a certified specialist of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Group Fitness, IDEA Health & Fitness Association Certified Personal Trainer, a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and an American Red Cross CPR/AED healthcare provider.
Jessica likes to stay on top of her game by attending seminars, classes and conferences each year to learn the latest research and training methods.
